What it is
We begin with tea, served properly and in silence for the first bowls. Puerh, several steepings, no rush.
As the tea settles you lie down and the sound begins: voice, drum, strings, bowls, played live rather than from a speaker. It runs about ninety minutes.
Nothing is asked of you. You do not have to process anything, share anything or understand it. Most people fall somewhere between deep rest and something more interesting.
