What it is
A temazcal is an earthen sweat lodge: a low dome of heated stones, water, steam and song. You go in together and stay until it's done.
It is intense and simple. Nothing is asked of you but to breathe, and to let what needs to move, move. We hold the door and the fire.
Come hydrated and having eaten lightly. Bring a swimsuit or light layers and a towel. We guide you through the rest.
